We at RATIB HERBAL CARE are committed to ensuring timely and safe delivery of our Unani medicinal products across India and select international locations.

📦 1. Shipping Locations

• We currently ship across India, including all metro cities, towns, and rural areas covered by our logistics partners.
• International shipping is available to select countries subject to local import regulations on Unani or herbal medicines.

⏱ 2. Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

🚚 3. Delivery Time

Note: Delivery times may vary due to factors like courier delays, weather, or festivals.

💰 4. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all orders above ₹ 1500 within India.
• For orders Below ₹ 1500, a flat shipping charge of ₹150 will apply in India only.
• International shipping charges are minimum $20.

🧾 5. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and link via SMS/email.
• You can track your order status online with the provided tracking information.

❗ 6. Delays or Issues

• While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to courier issues, strikes, or natural events.
• If your order is not delivered within 15 days, please contact our support team.

📦 7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

• If the package appears damaged, tampered, or opened, please:

  • Take photos of the package

We will initiate an investigation and provide a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
